Please read these terms carefully before using TripGZio

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the TripGZio platform, including the website, mobile applications, and all related services provided by Gigglezen Technologies Pvt Ltd ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our').
By accessing or using TripGZio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of TripGZio after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use TripGZio. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
TripGZio acts as an intermediary between travelers (users) and service providers (airlines, hotels, bus operators, etc.). We facilitate bookings but do not directly provide travel services unless explicitly stated.
All bookings made through TripGZio are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service provider. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or SMS with a valid booking reference.
Prices displayed on TripGZio are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including traveler names (as per government-issued ID), contact details, and travel dates.
For flight bookings, the name on the ticket must match the name on the traveler's government-issued photo ID. TripGZio is not responsible for denied boarding due to name mismatches.
Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective properties. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Group bookings (5 or more travelers) may be subject to special terms and conditions. Please contact our support team for group booking inquiries.
Cancellation policies vary by service type and provider. The applicable cancellation policy is displayed during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
For flights: Cancellation charges are determined by the airline's policy. Non-refundable tickets cannot be cancelled for a refund. TripGZio may charge an additional service fee for processing cancellations.
For hotels: Free cancellation is available for select properties until the specified deadline. After the free cancellation deadline, charges as per the property's policy will apply.
For buses and trains: Cancellation charges vary by operator. Partial refunds may be available depending on the time of cancellation relative to the departure time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the TripGZio platform (My Trips section) or by contacting our customer support. Cancellations via email alone may not be processed immediately.
In case of no-show (failure to show up for a confirmed booking), no refund will be provided unless the service provider's policy allows otherwise.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund amounts are calculated based on the applicable cancellation policy at the time of cancellation, minus any applicable service fees or cancellation charges.
For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be credited back to the same card used for the transaction. For UPI and wallet payments, refunds will be credited to the respective UPI ID or wallet.
Partial refunds may apply in cases where only part of the booking is cancelled or where the service was partially utilized.
TripGZio convenience fees and platform charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a system error or failure on our part.
In the event of a service provider cancellation (e.g., flight cancellation by airline), a full refund will be processed automatically. You may also be offered alternative options.
Your use of TripGZio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using TripGZio, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for booking processing, customer support, and personalized recommendations.
We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliance for payment processing, and regular security audits to protect your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

TripGZio acts as a marketplace connecting travelers with service providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers.
We shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, overbookings, or any other issues arising from the services provided by airlines, hotels, bus operators, or other third-party service providers.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of TripGZio shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or technical failures beyond our control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gigglezen Technologies Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of TripGZio or violation of these Terms.
All content on TripGZio, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and trademarks, is the property of Gigglezen Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors.
TripGZio, the TripGZio logo, and related marks are trademarks of Gigglezen Technologies Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on TripGZio without prior written consent from us.
User-submitted reviews, ratings, and feedback may be used by TripGZio for marketing and service improvement purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TripGZio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through our customer support team and, if necessary, through mediation.
For consumer complaints, you may also reach out to us at grievance@tripgzio.com. Our Grievance Officer will respond within 48 hours.
